Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item(s) in your order and the shipping method. All items are shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail, depending on your choice. ALL items are shipped with tracking. For high-value items, shipping cost includes signature confirmation, insurance services, as well as charge back insurance. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before purchasing.

International Buyers: Please note, we have no control over transit times once the item leaves the US. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with customs. total shipping charges will automatically be combined if you have more than one item during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We ship orders out within 24 hours. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding US holidays.

Returns & Replacements

If you do not absolutely love your product, we will accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Email us to let us know you would like to return the product. Please let us know which product(s) you would like to return. If you wish to return a product you will receive a refund to the same payment method with which you purchased the item. Once we receive this email, we will send you an email with return address, a reminder of the refund process and a small optional survey to help us improve.

The items must be returned within 14 days of sale.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded to you by crediting your original payment method once we have received the item in our warehouse and confirm that it meets the above conditions.

If your item is faulty, wrongly described, or different sample shown, then we will refund the purchase price as well as delivery or provide you with a replacement product once we receive the incorrect item in our warehouse.

When we receive the item(s) back from you, we will add a credit to your original payment method for the value of the item(s) minus any shipping and handling charges.
